Peru Mission April 2007
On April 5, 2007, a group of 15 will be traveling to Cajamarca, Peru on a medical mission trip. The group consists of doctors, dentist, pharmacist, nurses, pastors, and other essential helpers. We have lots of medicines and Bibles to hand out to those who are physically and spiritually needy. We may not be able to post a message every day, but we will attempt to write when we have a computer available. Please feel free to post comments. It's always nice to get messages from home when so far away. And, please keep us in your prayers!

Thank you for your prayers! Please pray for:
1.Safe travel for all.
2. All of our luggage with medicines (and clothes) arrives with us and we breeze through customs.
3. We all stay well and that our family and friends back home stay well while we are away.
4. The people we go to serve receive relief for their physical and spiritual needs.
5. Everyone will be blessed, have a good time, and be inspired to give again of their time to help the poor and needy in Peru.
6.And, that we have safe and timely flights back home on the 14th...no flight delays--we are always anxious to get back home to family and friends...and a good ole US cheeseburger :-)
Just a note to say that we are praying that the trip from Miami to Lima and on to Cajamarca was uneventful. :) I hope that you are all able to get plenty of rest today as you prepare for your week of service.
Let Shirley know that we will call Jerry on our way home from this afternoon.
